Ripsave is a website that lets you download videos with just a URL. Unlike the above-mentioned apps, it not only lets you download videos hosted on Reddit servers but you can save videos from Instagram, Facebook, and many other sources.
Simply copy the link of the Reddit post that has the video and paste it to the URL bar of the Ripsave webpage. It would fetch the details and show all the possible resolutions of the video that you can download. Simply long-press the Download button and download the linked file to the Photos app.
Pro Tip: Use Safari web browser to save videos on your iPhone. This website won't work if your device isn't running iOS 13.

Simply download the shortcut from this link and install it on your iPhone. To download a video, open the Reddit post that has the video in Safari.
